Jim Sunderman is a graduate of Xavier University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Jim brings over 40 years of management experience to the All About Kids Green Township location. Jim and Cathy are also the owners of the All About Kids West Fork location. Jim was the successful owner of an independent grocery store for many years. The grocery business ran in his family and he was the fourth generation to take up the trade. After the family sold the store, Jim was approached with the idea of building a childcare center on the west side of town. He was impressed with the quality of care at All About Kids Liberty Township when he went for a visit, and decided that this would be a wonderful opportunity for his family. Jim is very involved at both centers and you will often see Rosie, Jim’s beloved beagle, right by his side while he is working at the center.

I had a boy and his name is Jayden. He is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Upon returning from maternity leave, it didn’t feel the same though. I thought that I needed a change/something new, but later realized that I was wrong! I realized that I wasn’t where I needed to be and I was so excited when my previous position became open again. I was so grateful to be able to return to AAK West Fork in February 2016 where I belong.
I have always had the desire to work with children, teach them new and exciting things, and help them gain a better understanding of the world around them. We all were children at one point in life, and we all know how it feels to be so small looking out into a world so big and confusing. The younger years in life are very important and critical, but often these times are overlooked and unappreciated. In my eyes, you are never too young or too old to learn new things. I am here to assist your child/children in developing physically, emotionally, socially and cognitively.
I look forward to working with your child/children and helping them learn and grow! I also look forward to meeting with you and getting to know each of our families on an individual basis.

Loving your child just happens to be the bonus. I am looking forward to making memories that both your children and I will remember for many years.
