Jim Sunderman is a graduate of Xavier University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Jim has over 40 years of management experience. Jim and Cathy are also the owners of the All About Kids West Fork location. Jim was the successful owner of an independent grocery store for many years. The grocery business ran in his family and he was the fourth generation to take up the trade. After the family sold the store, Jim was approached with the idea of building a childcare center on the west side of town. He was impressed with the quality of care at All About Kids Liberty Township when he went for a visit and decided that this would be a wonderful opportunity for his family. Jim is very involved at both centers and you will often see Rosie, Jim’s beagle, right by his side while he is working at the center.
Cathy Sunderman graduated from The University of Cincinnati with an associate degree in 1979. Jim and Cathy were married in 1980 and have four daughters and eight grandchildren. She spent many years as a stay-at-home mother and also cared for a few children in her house as well. During this time, she was a Girl Scout leader, softball coach, and girls’ basketball co-coordinator at St. Ignatius School. Cathy worked alongside Jim at the grocery store with their four daughters. After the grocery store was sold, she worked for a major retailer in downtown Cincinnati for 11 years. She now helps out at both daycare centers. Her hobbies include spending time with her family and friends.
Hi! My name is Jolene and I’m so happy to be a part of All About Kids! I have my Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from The University of Cincinnati. I have over 35 years of experience in teaching and managing a daycare. I also spent 11 years working with The Cincinnati Public Schools as a para professional with preschoolers who had special needs. I love to help the teachers construct their weekly lesson plans and enjoy seeing the children engaged in hands-on learning activities.
I have lived in Cincinnati all my life and graduated from Oak Hills High School. I love to spend time with my family and friends. My two grandsons keep me busy and I love to spend time with them. You will often hear me talking about my two dogs, Cash and June. In my free time, I also enjoy to the movies, music, shopping, swimming, gardening, and going to Reds games.

Hi, my name is Debbie Fehr. I graduated from Oak Hills High School. I’ve been married to my husband Mike for 41 years. We have three grown sons. My oldest is married and living near Dallas Texas. I have 2 grandchildren. He works for the Dallas Fire Department. My middle son lives on his own and works for Cincinnati Public Schools. My youngest son also lives with his brother and works for Kroger.
I have 35 years of experience in the child care industry. I have earned my CDA certificate. I am very excited to be here at AAK and I look forward to meeting all of my new students and parents.
My name is Linda Lack. I have been married for 42 years. I have 4 children and 10 grandchildren. I graduated from Western Hills High School in 1974. I have 220 hours of Early Childhood Development. I co-oped at Midway Elementary School in the a.m. kindergarten class. I attended Diamond Oaks classes in Classroom Management and Child Psychology. I have worked in other preschools as a teacher for 4 and 5 year old children.
I highly enjoy each child and their families. I look forward to coming to work everyday to help children grow!

My name is Carolyn but I go by my middle name, Jean. I am retired after a 32 year career in property management. My husband Greg and I live in Colerain Township. I love cooking Sunday dinner for out 4 daughters, son-in-law’s and 11 grandchildren ranging in age from 21 to 7. In my free time I enjoy traveling, taking walks, and spending time with family and friends.

I live with my 2 sisters, Katie and Liz, my dog Rudy, and my parents! On the weekend I love spending time with the people I’m closest to. I also love to shop, eat at restaurants, and go to UC football games! I love adventures and trying new things!
I am currently in my second year at UC, majoring in Early Childhood Education. I have had man opportunities to work in different classrooms (observing, tutoring, etc.) at Norwood View Elementary and Ethel M. Taylor. I cannot wait to continue to teach the kiddos here at AAK.
I am a wife, a mother to three girls and am about to have my first grandchild. I have worked in childcare for 19 years. I have two cats that are my favorite.
